MIREN spends the season in Antigua. She was constructed by the ship builder Ferretti in 2001. A comprehensive refit was fulfilled in 2021. The expansive yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 8 guests.

Captain: Ioannis (Giannis) Valerios
Captain: Ioannis (Giannis) Valerios (Greek)
Captain Giannis holds a Captain Class C Certificate. He also holds skipper's and power boat licenses. Among other certifications he also holds GMDSS, RO-RO Passenger certifications and STCW 95. Captain Giannis also has a scuba diving license PADI. He joined the yachting industry in 2011 as a seaman onboard M/Y O’MEGA, M/Y SUGAR, M/Y MARLA, M/Y ITHAKI. His last working experience was onboard M/Y ELEMENTS - an 80 meters yacht as 3rd officer, responsible for passengers’ recreation - and master of M/Y ELLEN EXI. He has extensive knowledge of moorings and secluded bays throughout the Greek islands. He is very reliable, hard-working, and professional. In his free time Captain Giannis likes scuba diving, sailing, and travelling. He speaks Greek and English.
Stewardess/Chef: Maria Christina Canlas (Filipino)
Maria Christina was born in 1985 in Bamban, Philippines, and is a graduate of the Fernadez College of Arts & Technology. Before joining the team of M/Y MIREN, she worked onboard M/Y LADY DENYA. Maria Christina is very attentive, polite and loves children. She is extremely hard working and committed. Maria Christina also cooks delicious dishes of the Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with fresh ingredients. When not working, she enjoys reading and listening to music. She speaks Greek (basic) and English.
Deckhand/Sailor: Rodel Cansicio (Filipino)
Rodel is a skillful deckhand with many years of experience in the yachting industry. For the last 16 years he has worked both on private and charter yachts. Over these years he has gained valuable knowledge of cruising among the Greek islands. He is responsible, well-organized, and hard-working. He speaks Greek (basic) and English.
