Advertised by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht FRENCHWEST is a 78 ft power catamaran. The promiment features of FRENCHWEST are her well-chosen interiors and interconnection with the sea. FRENCHWEST spends the summer and winter season in Antigua. She was delivered by the renowned boatbuilder Lagoon in 2020. The spacious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
FRENCHWEST is classified primarily as a power catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the meals are served. The tasteful cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.
The motor yacht features 2 x 580 CV / 2 x 580 HP engines and a generator.

Born in southern France, near the Mediterranean, Guillaume started his passion for the sea and sailing at an early age.
He received his sailing instructor diploma which enabled him to teach in a sailing school during his university holidays.
After graduating, Guillaume worked for several years at a software development company while continuing to sail for pleasure primarily in the Mediterranean.
Making a choice between his two passions, the mountains and the sea was a challenge, but when the chance to deliver a yacht to the Caribbean presented itself, it led him to pursue his training for his captain’s license and turn his passion for sailing into a profession! For nearly 19 years.
Guillaume has worked with Angella as a captain and cook for 15 years in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean on private and charter yachts as: monohullls Grand Bleu & J SIX 76', also aboard catamarans: Maevie, Tarana, Etana, more recently Tinto.
He is proud to share his experience and love of cruising, and his extensive knowledge of the Caribbean.

Thanks to her curiosity and hard work, her culinary repertoire grew with the rich and exotic flavors of Mediterranean, Creole and Asian cuisines.
Her cooking will no doubt satisfy the most discerning guests.
Organized and unflappable, she is always on hand with a friendly smile to help you throughout your stay on board.
She will be happy to arrange your requirements such as corporate entertaining, childrens’ requests and any special dietary needs.

How would you describe Captain Sebastien? Was he courteous? Attentive? Knowledgeable? How about the rest of your crew?
The whole crew Sebastian, Max (chef) and Bea (steward and everything woman) were wonderful. They listened to what we wanted and catered to our needs.
Tell me about your meals? Did the menus meet your party’s expectations?
Meals were wonderful, our only complaint was it was usually too much food and we typically didn’t need 3 meals per day. We had one person who didn’t eat fish and one person who was Vegan and they catered to both very well.
How is the yacht? Is she clean and well maintained? Were your cabins comfortable?
The yacht was beautiful, very new and very well maintained. It was well beyond our expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The size of the boat was great for 6 people plus crew, we had plenty of room all over the boat to hang out.
How did you find the pace and the itinerary of your vacation?
It was a good pace. We chose to go to St Kitts and Nevis for a couple of days which was a 6 hour cruise but it was a nice cruise. Would probably go to Anguilla the next time.
Would you charter FRENCH WEST again? If not, please explain. If yes, what are the key reasons?
Definitely. It was a stunning boat with plenty of room, great crew and we loved Saint Martin, Saint Barths, Nevis and the smaller islands we went to.
